2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice to the respondents and their name being printed in the cause list none appears for them.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
