ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2020 in Crl. O.P. No.30465 of 2019 by order dated 06.01.2020, by which the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e. every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, 02.30 pm and 05.30 pm until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
