ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO/respondents submits since the family members/legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are required to give legal heirship certificate for the respondent to make payment. Learned Standing Counsel further submits that upon the legal heirs furnishing the legal heirship certificate, the respondents are willing to make necessary payment due to the petitioner, thereby, complying the order of this Court in W.P.No.25107 of 2016 dated 27.09.2026.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents of their willingness to disburse the amount due to the deceased petitioner to the legal heirs, upon L.R's of deceased petitioner furnishing legal heirship certificate, the respondents shall take the same on record and disburse the amount due to the deceased petitioner to his legal heirs, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the legal heirship certificate.
