ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ appeal filed against the order dated 07.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.24171 of 2015 was allowed subject to certain 1/3

conditions, and the order passed by the learned Single Judge was set aside. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the respondent would comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Division Bench.
