A.No.2712 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 439 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement O.P. 2.A.No.2713 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the above O.P. as against the deceased 3rd respondent. 3.A.No.2714 of 2023 has been filed to being the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent M.L.Santhalakshmi in the above O.P. as respondents 24 to 27 in the above O.P.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and being satisfied with the same, all the above applications are allowed as prayed for.
