Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Prithivi, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears of maintenance calculated at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month from 12.05.2011 to 12.08.2019, before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Salem, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit, the respondent is entitled to withdraw the same. The amount paid in the meantime cannot be deducted. On such deposit, this Court shall consider condoning the delay.

Post the matter on 18.09.2019.
