Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10401 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 341 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.27 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and taken on file by the concerned Court and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
