This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.158 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is a counter case in Crime No.157 of 2017 in which investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in PRC.No.20 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also submitted that the investigation in Crime No.158 of 2017 has been completed and the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai on 15.09.2017.
