ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to furnish the CCTV Camera Footage from 23.06.2025 at 3 PM to 24.06.2025 at 4 PM.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sent a letter through RTI application on 23.07.2025 to the respondents but the police failed to furnish the details. Instead of issuing direction to the respondents, this Court may permit the petitioner to file a petition before the appropriate forum in Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
