This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the bail condition in Crl.M.P.No.2467 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai-3 and to modify the same as per the order made in Crl.O.P.No.19737 of 2018 dated 14.08.2018 in reporting before the 2nd respondent Cantonment Police Station at Trichy. 2.Now it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the revocation, the petitioner was granted bail in all the adverse case as well as the ground case. The following conditions were imposed on him which were yet to be complied.

12836/2018 Princi pal Distri ct and Sessio ns Judge, Chenna i 06.06.2 To appear before the respondent of Police daily 10.30am for a period of one month 3.It is further submitted that the petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court in Crime No.227 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.19737/2018 dated 14.08.2018 on condition to report before the Cantonment Police Station at Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. And that the petitioner was staying at Trichy and complying the aforesaid condition regularly from 25.08.2018. While that being the case, the petitioner cannot able to comply the other bail conditions. Therefore, he prays to modify the bail condition in Crl.M.P.No.2467 of 2018, otherwise he will be put to prejudice and hardship, to comply all the bail conditions simultaneously at Trichy and Chennai.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police [D1, Triplicane P.S.] daily at 10.30 a.m. and the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, daily
