Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2nd and 3rd authorities, to return all original certificates of the petitioner relating to petitioners educational qualifications that were submitted by him to the 3rd respondent college pursuant to the 1st round of NEET Super Specialty Counselling for 2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for return of all original certificates submitted by the petitioner pursuant to his selection for MCH course.

2. The petitioner has surrendered the seat and he has given a representation seeking for return of the original certificates which were earlier submitted by him at the time of admission.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent who is the competent authority with regard to the return of the original certificates submitted by the petitioner. In the said counter affidavit, the 3rd respondent has submitted that the original certificates of the petitioner will be returned to him.

4. Since an undertaking has been given by the 3rd respondent to return the original certificates back to the petitioner, a direction is issued by this Court to the 3rd respondent to hand over the original certificates submitted by the petitioner earlier as and when the petitioner approaches the 3rd respondent without any further delay.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
