This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023 that "the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpet and report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Chengalpet Town Police Station on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
