Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent of both, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal and disposed of by this order.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider her representation dated 27.02.2017 and to allot an alternative house site to her towards the sale consideration already paid her or in the alternative return the amount paid by her with subsequent interest at the rate of 19% per annum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has not given any representation to the Managing Director, who is the authority to decide the request made by the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would give a fresh representation to the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and in such an event, the Managing Director maybe directed to consider her representation.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I give liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
