ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.12150/2020 by order dated 13.08.2020, wherein the petitioner is directed to stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
