This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ ofMandamus directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the representation dated 21.04.2023 submitted by the petitioner and as a consequential relief for- bearing the respondents from putting up further construction on the petition property situated at Central Chennai Registration Villivakkam Sub Registration District Thiruvallur District Ambattur Taluk Ambattur Municipality Limit Korattur Village Agraharam Mettu Street Grama Natham Survey No. 385/ 1 measuring an extent of 1035 Sq.ft.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petition mentioned property was allotted to her by way of a Partition Deed dated 29.06.2006 and she has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same since then. However, it is alleged that the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent has started putting up construction in the said property and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st and 3rd respondents dated 21.04.2023 requesting them not to proceed with the 2 / 4
construction activities. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3. Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the it would be suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2023 is considered and suitable orders are passed thereon.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2023 will be considered by the 3rd respondents on merits and appropriate orders will be passed thereon within a period of two weeks.
5. Recording the said submission and also considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
