ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 11.12.2019 and 02.09.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioners submitted a representation in the year 2019. After a period of five years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation on a fresh cause of action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands

disposed of. No costs.
