ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from the date of completion of 10 years of service in light of order dated 16.02.2017 made in W.P.No.11007 of 2013; conforming the order dated 13.09.2019 made in W.A.No.1258 of 2018 and conforming the order dated 01.12.2025 made in SLP(C).No.4575 of 2022 with all monetary and service benefits.
2.The petitioner was appointed as part time Sweeper/Sanitary Worker in the year 1997 in the Assistant Elementary Educational Office, Ayothiyapattinam-Salem District and she has got a service record of 29 years. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is still now not regularized. Therefore, he made representations dated 20.12.2017, 29.05.2019, 06.11.2022 and 09.02.2026 to the respondents for regularising the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of completion of 10 years of service. However, the same is yet to be considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this
Court seeking the prayer as stated above.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.11007 of 2013, which has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1258 of 2018 and batch., which in turn, has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)No.4575 of 2022, subject to the said orders being applicable to the petitioner's case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
