This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 25.04.2022 made in R.C.No.2542/B3/2022 on the file of District Educational Officer, Chengam now at Thiruvannamalai District 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revoke the suspension and reinstate the petitioner with all monetary benefits within time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. The petitioner, who was working as BT Assistant, is placed under suspension by the 2nd respondent by an order dated 24.09.2022 on the ground of his involvement in a criminal case. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been subsequently enlarged on bail, till now disciplinary proceedings has not been initiated. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.12.2022 to revoke the order of suspension and the same was not considered. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent another representation dated 31.03.2023, which has also not been considered so far and therefore the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

3. Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, the petitioner would restrict his relief and would only pray for his representation dated 31.03.2023 to be considered and suitable orders are passed thereon.
4. Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2023 will be considered by the respondents on merits and appropriate orders will be passed thereon within a period of six weeks.
5. Recording the said submission and also considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
