Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to register a FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 22.04.2019 and take further action on the complaint in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner.
2. It is seen from the records that there is a property / money dispute between the petitioner and one Dayalan. Pursuant to this dispute, it is alleged by the petitioner that the said Dayalan had threatened him with the help of henchmen and therefore, a complaint was given to the respondent police. Since no action was taken by the respondent, the present petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was taken on file in C.No.111 of 2019. The parties were called for enquiry and the petitioner has given a petition in writing that he will agitate his rights in-so-far-as the property/money dispute is concerned before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate court.
4. The above said Dayalan had also given in writing that he will also agitate his rights before the appropriate civil courts and that he will not go anywhere near the petitioner or contact him in his mobile phone and will not exert threat on the petitioner. By recording both the submissions, the complaint itself came to be closed by the respondent.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the undertaking given by the said Dayalan before the police, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
