This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 671 days in filing the appeal.

However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 671 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
