Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 19.08.2020 in Crl.OP.12466 of 2020 that " the petitioners shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police". For Petitioners : M/s.S.K.Chandrakumar For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.12466 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 that the petitioners shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.12466 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police daily at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
