The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 1876 days of delay in filing the application to set aside order of dismissal dated 11.02.2019.

2. Mr.D.Muthukumarappa, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 4 and M/s.R.Savitha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted they have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.5149 of 2024 in O.P.No.566 of 2015 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
