ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 385, 506(i) of IPC and Section 67 of IT Act, in Crime No.347 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused, had threatened the de-facto complainant and demanded money by showing obscene video of the wife of the de-facto complainant. Hence, a complaint was registered by the respondent police.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as per the confession statement of Sivakumar, who is A2, the petitioner herein, had played a vital role in the entire offence. This is the 4th anticipatory bail petition before this Court and he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is seen that this is 4th anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file a bail petition. The Court concerned is also directed to consider the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day of her surrender and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
