When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 07.11.2017, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 08.11.2017. Today (09.11.2017) when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.
2.In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
