2017 executed by defendants 1 & 2 in favour of 5th defendant in respect of Schedule A & B registered as Document No.2548 of 2017 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Adyar as null and void, g) permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, servants anyone claiming under them or acting on their behalf from in any manner interfering with the plaintiffs' peaceful possession enjoyment of the plaint schedule mentioned property in any manner whatsoever other than by following due process of law, h) directing the defendant to pay the costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT
When the matter was listed for hearing on 11.06.2026, there was no representation for the plaintiff, hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 16.06.2026. When the matter is called today i.e., 16.06.2026 there is no representation for the plaintiff and hence it is clear and evident that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Suit.
