This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend time to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7946 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.

2. The petitioner states that he could not mobilise the funds to execute the sureties within the stipulated time and now, he is ready to execute the sureties.

3. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7946 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.
