ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner complaint dated 03.11.2015.

2.In the petition it is stated that one Saidapet Neruppu Medu Speed Ramesh and Poornima @ Janci came together and started to scold the petitioner without any reason and when the petitioner tried to call and complaint to the police control room, the above said persons robbed the petitioner mobile phone worth Rs.12,000/- along with mobile phone pouch containing cash of Rs.1,700/- and escaped in an auto. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.11.2015, but, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
