This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para.No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1146 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15821 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24528 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 6:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para.No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1146 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15821 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24528 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 12.06.2025 nr To The Inspector of Police, Annur Police Station Coimbatore District.
