The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondent herein from any manner interfering with the running of the Ayurvedic Clinic under the name and style of Sanjeevi Ayurvedic Clinic at No.4/195, Upper Gudalur, The Nilgiris-643 211.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has himself given a representation, which has been received by the Superintendent of Police, Uthagamandalam District on 27.08.2015 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Superintendent of Police has referred the matter to the Deputy Superintendent of Police for enquiry.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Uthagamandalam is enquiring the representation given by the petitioner and has called the petitioner for enquiry. While so, without mentioning about the representation, this petition has been filed. The petitioner is directed to take part in the enquiry by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and produce all his credentials.

With the above direction, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
