The present Application has been to extend time to execute the bond as per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.P.No.163 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2197 of 2025 in O.P.No.163 of 2024 is ordered and the time for executing the Security Bond is extended till 15.07.2025.
