The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present and he submits that the revision petitioner has complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated December 03, 2024. The said representation is recorded. 2.

Considering the age of the suit, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.269 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate Court, Ranipet, as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to co-opearte with the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the Suit. 3.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. 03.01.2025 nvi To The Subordinate Court, Ranipet.
