ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for modification of condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court in para No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 11.07.2023 the petitioner was arrested and bail was granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2024 on 30.04.2024 with one of the condition following condition that:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs,10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties (one must be a blood surety), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai..." However, the petitioner was unable to arrange the blood surety, therefore, the petitioner has preferred this modification petition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2024 on 30.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs,10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.
