This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaints dated 03.06.2020 and 08.05.2021.

2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, initially enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted in CSR.No.195 of 2020 and later a regular case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.16 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323 & 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
