Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents 5 and 6 in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.58/17 dated 27.05.2017 and in proceedings No.Pr.AG(A&E)/PEN P10/11019203/3/R1019203 dated 18.04.2017 respectively and quash the same and issue a

consequential direction to the respondents to fix the selection grade scale of pay of the petitioner at Rs.15600-39100 + 5400 GP from 01.01.2006 with notional effect and monetary effect from 01.01.2011 and then fix last pay drawn and grant all pensionary benefits with arrears.
