This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17796 of 2022 on 29.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has failed to comply with the conditions imposed, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
