The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case and investigate the complaint dated 01/11/2015 of the petitioner and to file a final report under 176(3) of Cr. P.C.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Abdul Rafi, Rahamatullah Rawther, Rama Subramaniam, R.Haajee Mohammed, Thirukumaran, Rajesh and others on the allegation of land grabbing. Further, the said complaint was given on 01.11.2015. Till date, no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with the copy of this order to the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent is directed to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.11.2015 as early as possible.
