KRITIKA KAMAL Government Advocate [crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court granted suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioners, directing them to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, before 10.09.2020. However, the petitioners surrendered on 10.09.2020, which was not accepted by the learned Judge on the ground that this Court had directed that they should surrender before 10.09.2020. Hence, the petitioners are seeking the extension of time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were not able to get the requisite sureties, they were not able to surrender before 10.09.2020, but surrendered on 10.09.2020.

Accepting the reasons, time is extended till 09.10.2020 for surrendering before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, in compliance with the order dated 28.08.2020. -sd/- 28/09/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
