This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram to expeditiously dispose as early as possible, CC.No.92 of 2023 in a stipulated timeframe.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner had given a complaint, on which FIR was registered in crime No.45 of 2021. Thereafter, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram in CC.No.92 of 2023. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this petition.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram, is directed to complete the Trial in CC.No.92 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
