When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader produced GO Ms No.478 dated 29.09.2022 and submitted that the revisional authority is the District Revenue Officer and therefore, as per the new guidelines, the order was passed by the DRO and not by the District Collector.

This Court is satisfied with the above submission. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the DRO, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 3.
