Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and measure the property situated at Plot Nos. B & H in R.S.No.20/2B, Cadastre No.1590 pt, 1591 pt and 1593 pt, Patta No.793, measuring to an extent of 1541 sq.feet and 1900 sq.feet totalling to 3441 sq.feet at Saradambal Nagar, IIIrd Cross Street, Reddiarpalayam Revenue Village (Village No.36), within Oulgaret Municipality, Oulgaret Sub-R.D., Pondicherry R.D. in light of the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017 within a reasonable time.
