ORDER

This case is taken up through video conferencing.

2. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition of appearance before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.A.No.256 of 2020 by order dated 23.06.2020.

3. The petitioner/appellant was granted bail in Crl.A.No.256 of 2020 on 23.06.2020 on various conditions, one of which is that he shall appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner/appellant has been complying with the said conditions since the date of release and therefore, he has filed the present application for relaxation of the said condition. 2/4

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first and second respondents Police and learned counsel for the third respondent.

5. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still in progress, however, the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the said conditions, except on the days when the Trial Court was closed on account of Covid -19 pandemic.

6. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations against the petitioner/appellant, this Court is of the view that interests of justice will be served if the said condition is completely relaxed.

7. Accordingly, condition No.7(d) imposed by this Court in the order dated 23.06.2020 in Crl.A.No.256 of 2020, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents Police as and when required. 28.09.2020 sni 3/4
