When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent based on written instructions from respondent in his Proceedings in Ci.Pa.A9/88/2024, dated 14.06.2025, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the subject property was surveyed on 05.12.2024 by the respondent and report has been filed to Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram. A copy of the said order has also been produced before this Court.

2. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
