Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondents not to construct the compound wall in the petitioner's land in Survey No.327/3 at Villangadupakkam Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Tiruvallur District and to put the compound wall in the temple land of Arulmigu Ilavapureeswarar Temple in accordance with law.
