This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.

MP. No.3264 of 2023 in Crl OP No.26780 of 2022 dated 03.03.2023 to appear before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
