Nagar, Perambur Village, Chennai ad-measuring 0.66.5 sq.m. to the petitioner.

ORDER
Heard Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Babu, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
2. The petitioner is stated to be in possession of the plot No.10, Door No.22, VOC Nagar, Permabur Village allotted to her husband by the respondent by way of lease cum sale agreement dated 01.01.1996. According to the petitioner, her husband constructed a house in the said plot after obtaining NOC from the respondent for loan and entire amount has been paid. However, by proceedings dated 19.11.2010, the respondent had cancelled the allotment, that too, without issuing notice to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19.12.2014 requesting the Board to re-allot the said plot. However, the petitioner has not impleaded the Chairman of the respondent Board in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the competent authority of the respondent Board to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
