JUDGMENT

(Delivered the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Advocate General is fair enough to submit that looking to the facts of this case, he would not pursue the appeal, where a direction was given to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.5.00 lakh to the writ petitioner towards compensation. It was on account of the issuance of admission letter at the eleventh hour. Therefore, taking the order of the learned Single Judge as reasonable, the writ appeal is not pressed.

2. In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.9600 of 2022 is closed.
