The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P. No.34196/2012 dated:04.01.2013, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondent vide G.O.[D] No.76, Agriculture (AA8) Department, dated 23.05.2014.
