The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to process the petitioner's Insurance claim vide Fire Policy No.0125021115p110898033 in accordance with law.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents and inspite of service of such notice, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. Their names are printed in the cause list today.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's request made on several occasions, out of which, the latest being the one on 14.03.2017 seeking for processing the Fire Insurance Claim Policy, has not been considered so far. The reason for not processing the application is not known as the respondents have not chosen to appear before this Court inspite of notice. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner under the above said Fire Insurance Claim Policy and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
