ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to stay in his residence and give police protection to the petitioner for attending the Court proceedings.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent has registered a case against the petitioner herein in Crime No.610 of 2016 under Section 302 IPC along with others and in that case, the petitioner got bail and subsequently, the 3rd respondent has registered a case against the petitioner herein in Crime No.526 of 2016 under Section 307 IPC and in that case also, the petitioner has got bail.

3.He further submitted that in both the cases, charge sheets have been filed and the petitioner has to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the concerned Court. But respondents 2 & 3 are threatening that he should not stay in his residence and hence the petitioner was not able to stay in his residence and also not able to attend the Court proceedings.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondents 2 & 3 have not threatened the petitioner not to stay in his residence and also, not to appear before the Court. The allegations made by the petitioner are not true. Hence she requests for dismissing the petition. 5.The petitioner has not produced any material to show that the respondent 2 & 3 are threatening the petitioner not to stay his house and also not to attend the Court proceedings. Therefore this petition is not having any merit. Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
