In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 1144 days in re-presenting stands condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Relief Fund (COVID-19) within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition stands dismissed automatically.
